I’m happy that my air is working properly now hopefully, not knowing what it entails to repair an air conditioner we are at the mercy of the company to be honest and fair.

Unit stopped working on Saturday then started working late Saturday night. Homestead was quick to respond on Saturday made their evaluation on Sunday morning and found the unit in good working order. Suggested what could cause a unit to act in this fashion and made some notes to future maintenance recommendations. No pressure and very professional! Would recommend!

Our Homestead technician was outstanding! Mason went above and beyond in his work, explanations and professionalism. He was efficient and thorough in the repair he did on our condenser. He was kind and respectful towards us and our home. It was quality service and not to mention they got a tech out in less than 24 hours which is much appreciated when your AC goes out in peak TX summer! 10/10 recommend!!

asked homestead to take care of a/c issue. gave them the phone number and address of my renter. they did not contact my renter, so he had no idea they were coming, and he was not home when they arrived.

Raymond was kind, understanding, and highly professional. Despite the extreme heat, he responded quickly to my emergency AC issue and had it fixed in no time. Homestead was very quick in responding and scheduling. Raymond was very professional and diagnosed my issue and was able to put me on the schedule immediately. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The install crew arrived on time and completed the job quickly. Very efficient and also diligent with the shoe covers . They also took on some additional work I had been postponing. I am very happy with the results.

Mason presented Extreme professionalism and went above and beyond.... I was just getting another quote from Homestead as i was prepared to purchase another unit as I was advised by another company..Homestead came in and suggested i may not need to replace and was able to fix the issue by replacing a part...
